EXPRESION OF INTEREST:

ESD PROGRAMME – SPORT CENTRE, GYM, AND FACILITIES COMPLEX: A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT AND PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES

This is a request for SMMEs/NPOs within Cullinan Diamond Mine’s Host communities interested in participating in the ESD Programme through Cullinan Sports Centre. The initiative has three key objectives highlighted below.

Firstly, the Expression of Interest is for entities to propose detailed programmes covering the following key areas for maximum community benefit:

1. Sports
2. Health
3. Recreation
4. Arts

Secondly, it offers an opportunity for entities to provide proposals on how they intend to manage the facilities. Lastly, is for entities to provide their sustainable model on how the centre will generate revenue to fund and sustain the programmes and the Facilities.

 Applicants that are shortlisted following this Expression of Interest will be invited to submit formal proposals on a competitive basis.

Please note that it is a requirement that the owner of the entity be directly and fully involved for a minimum of three consecutive months.
